Self-improvement is a vital part of

a re set to take stock of our health & fitness, work/life balance, boundaries,
whether the people we have in our life are ‘our people’ etc etc. Trying to
change everything at once can be overwhelming and often just leads to any good

& enhance your joy – these must be things that have nothing to do with your

Turn your
focus inwards!
Practice gratitude,
start journaling, meditate. Check in with yourself emotionally each day.

Reflection
& Adjustment
Reflect on the
changes you’ve made and see what works for you & what doesn’t. Plan how you
