30 DAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE BEFORE SUMMER


Self-improvement is a vital part of life & every so often, be it every 2 months or every 2 years we often need a re set to take stock of our health & fitness, work/life balance, boundaries, whether the people we have in our life are ‘our people’ etc etc. Trying to change everything at once can be overwhelming and often just leads to any good intentions falling by the wayside within a couple of days. This is why it is vital to ensure we make small changes daily & turn them into good habits that we can stick to. Here is where the 30 days to improve your life comes in to play as you can see results as you go along without being overwhelmed with too much at once.   

 


Days 1-6

Setting intentions – clear achievable goals

De clutter your physical & digital spaces

Sort & plan your summer wardrobe

Get your to do lists in order & condense them

 

Days 7-11

Develop some health routines

Workout, yoga, pilates, fitness classes – it must be something you enjoy

Hydrate hydrate hydrate – up your water intake

Skincare routines morning & night

Get outdoors

Get enough sleep

Develop good morning & evening routines

 

Days 13-18

Learning & enrichment for personal growth

Spend time reading, starting new hobbies, do an online course, cook meals from scratch, partake in social activities, start gardening. Anything that broadens your perspective & enhance your joy – these must be things that have nothing to do with your career

 

Days 19-24

Emotional well-being

Turn your focus inwards!

Practice gratitude, start journaling, meditate. Check in with yourself emotionally each day.

 

Days 25-30

Reflection & Adjustment

Reflect on the changes you’ve made and see what works for you & what doesn’t. Plan how you can bring the following practices into your life moving forwards
