HABITS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE
- Think what you want to be doing in a years’
time to make your life better
- Listen to uplifting music
- Show up smiling - bring energy to the
room
- Clean & tidy up before bed especially
the kitchen
- Carry water all the time
- Read 10 mins every morning
- Set days for set workouts
- Make daily smoothies (Inc veg)
- Stop worrying what others think – read the
courage to be disliked book
- Keep a notebook in your bag
- Removing energy draining things - don’t
listen to news everyday - unfollow triggering accounts - remove toxic
people
- 20,000 steps per day - WALK MORE
- Do at least one thing every day to lead you
towards the big goals - habit tracking for goals
- Express your gratitude -as well as
writing it in my journal
- Water as soon as you wake up
- Don’t put it down - put it away
- Stretch daily
- Self serve to put yourself in a better
mood – have a bounce back bible list
- Assume everyone is trying their best - if
people are mean, cross, cut you up driving, poor customer service etc -
maybe they’re having a bad day and don’t take it personally
- Refuse to deal with indirect
communication - ie stop reading into things that haven’t actually been
done or said - don’t dramatize things in your head
- Skincare everyday
- Avoid unrealistic to do lists by Using
time blocks. Ie how much time to spend on each item on the list and learn
not to overwhelm yourself with adding too many to do items
- Stop procrastinating – ‘why put off until
tomorrow what you can do today’?
- One hour, one day, one month at a time -
for things you don’t like, do it by not looking past this day only &
getting through it on this day
- Small acts of kindness to friends and
family and show them they’re appreciated
- Meal plan ahead
- Be intentional with really listening to
people
- More time outside
- Appreciate the little things in life
everyday
- Spend time with people who make you
happy!
