A WONDERFUL MINI BREAK IN LONDON WITH MY GORGEOUS SON!

  As a treat for the end of Max’s GCSE’s I’d booked the 2 of us a 2 day break in London as a treat & some quality time with my boy. So as soon as his Prom Suit was put away, the very next day we boarded the 9.30am train to London. We stayed at the cheap (well not so cheap anymore) & cheerful Premiere Inn at Kings Cross which is ideally located, is clean & welcoming and you know exactly what you’re getting, including the ‘fill your boots breakfast’ the next morning. We certainly weren’t planning on spending much time at the hotel so a Premiere Inn is perfect for a short one night break.  After getting an early check-in we headed for Covent Garden to grab a bite to eat & then headed for the main part of our trip, going to watch ‘Back to the Future the Musical’.   HELLO JULY 2024   Chapter 7 Sunshine, summer dresses, sunglasses, Wimbledon, SPF, sangria, G&T’s, holidays, a good book, toes in the sand, the ocean, ice creams, airports, summer family walks, long evenings in the garden, picnics in the park, trips to the seaside, windows wide open, Summer is truly here!!!   FABULOUS THINGS THAT HAPPENED LAST MONTH 1. Another good weekend adjudicating 2. I was really ill for over a week at the beginning of June but it really made me stop, slow down & take some very much needed time for me 3.
